Yahara Bay Distillers

Yahara Bay Distillers contracted with me to create a label design for a new flavored vodka they were producing. The chai tea flavored vodka was very unique, and they wished to incorporate a local artist’s painting that was commissioned specifically for this product. With a focus on creativity, authenticity, and alignment with the product’s brand story, the design process aimed to establish Seraphine as a must-have indulgence in the world of premium spirits.

Several design concepts were explored to encapsulate the allure of Seraphine Chai Flavored Vodka’s taste and Yahara Bay Distillers’ commitment to excellence. Each concept presented unique label layouts, color palettes, and embellishments inspired by the warmth of chai spices and the bottle’s elegant silhouette.

The design for the Seraphine label embraced an inviting and rich visual identity that the painter had captured. Warm and earthy tones were used to evoke the essence of chai spices, while intricate patterns and typographic accents added a touch of opulence. The final label design was translated into high-quality production materials, employing premium printing and finishing techniques. A promotional poster was also commissioned, which sought to further promote the new drink, was used at events put on by the local distillers.

The Seraphine Chai Flavored Vodka packaging and promotional poster design had a positive impact on the product’s market positioning and consumer reception. The thoughtfully crafted packaging, with its refined label and inviting visuals, effectively conveyed the allure of chai-infused vodka and the brand’s dedication to artisanal craftsmanship. The promotional poster successfully piqued curiosity and desire among consumers, inviting them to embark on a sensory journey with Seraphine. Combined, these design efforts elevated Seraphine to be one of Yahara Bay’s customer favorites.
