Vivere Vita

The objective of this project was to design and develop a modern, responsive website that reflected Vivere Vita’s upscale coastal lifestyle and positioned the community as a premier destination for active adults on Florida’s Gulf Coast. The site needed to balance sophistication with approachability—inviting users to explore while clearly presenting floor plans, amenities, and location advantages.

My design approach focused on clean typography, warm coastal color tones, and expansive photography to create a sense of openness and tranquility. The layout emphasized intuitive navigation, smooth scrolling, and clear calls to action, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices. Visual hierarchy and spacing were carefully managed to highlight the brand’s message of “living fully” while keeping information accessible and easy to digest.

The finished website established a strong digital presence for Vivere Vita and served as a key marketing tool during the community’s launch phase. Its elegant, user-friendly design conveyed both luxury and livability, effectively capturing the spirit of coastal Florida living.
