Trueshot

The objective of this project was to transform content from True Shot’s internal Customer Service training handbook into a series of visually engaging 24″ x 36″ wall posters for their bullpen area. The goal was to reinforce company values and customer service principles—Supportive, Proactive, Attentive, Reliable, and Kind—in a way that felt inspiring, clear, and aligned with their established brand aesthetic.

I began by distilling the provided text to make each principle more immediate and impactful, ensuring quick readability in a busy workspace. The design direction followed the modern, cohesive visual language developed for their earlier ad materials, emphasizing consistency across all internal and external communications. Clean typography, strategic color use, and balanced composition guided the viewer’s attention while keeping the focus on the core values.

The final series of posters effectively translated complex training concepts into bold, accessible visual statements. They now serve as both motivational pieces and everyday reminders of True Shot’s commitment to excellence in customer engagement and teamwork.
